Ben has sent additional ideas directly to Judith.
Casey and Joan working on organizing Table Captains -- need 30.
Janet, Mary Lou, Katherine and Lyn visiting summer reunions to advertise event.
Need to find people for the Event Committee!! Meeting set for August 25th?
State paperwork – SIGNED!!!!!!

Can open account after papers filed with the State.

Katherine has finished! Janet has copies. Will be distributed at Reunions.
Fall Event/Donor Strategy Committee
Mary Lou has let Larry Gosset, Carver Gayton and Charles Mitchell know that the Event is coming.
PR Strategy
Website, "Save the Date Postcard" (Sept. 1st), Event Invitations Oct. 1.
Use brochure at reunions, meetings, etc. Lyn to draft a Press Release.
Board of Directors
John Franklin may help with this.
Data Base
On-going. Janet has new class lists.
Joan spoke to previous alumni association folks -- will get info., T-shirts, and remaining funds!
Summer Meetings
Meet only once in August.
Will have people give e-mail reports for August 26. Next meeting September 9.
